The hypnotherapist simply uses voice, visualization and other techniques to facilitate the relaxing process, called induction. This helps the client turn the focus inward, to become more aware of deeper levels of the unconscious self. Trust is the key to making it work, and trust opens the door to the unconscious self. When the client trusts the material that is coming from a deeper level of themselves, without analyzing or judging it, the deeper self brings more information to awareness. At the same time when the therapist trusts the client's experience as it occurs, without trying to "fix" them, true healing shifts to take place at all levels. TOP Regression: Regression is about going into the past, in the current life or another life, to gain a greater understanding about ourselves, and to bring about healing. A Reiki practitioner is a channel for the energy, allowing the energy to flow without any expectation but the highest good. We bring the gift of the energy and witness the healing. Truly a healer is "One who witnesses healing".

Reiki accelerates natural healing, energizes & balances all systems, mental, emotional, physical & spiritual. Using Reiki on a daily basis provides for wellness and acknowledges our personal responsibility for that well-being. It facilitates the changes which are most appropriate for us and at a pace that is best for us.

Anyone can learn to do Reiki, because it is already a part of who we are. The Reiki path brings that understanding into deeper awareness, because its an experiential learning that happens as part of our life.

Reiki Treatment:
What is a REIKI Session like?

You remain fully clothed during a Reiki session. The practitioner places their hands gently on the body to activate the energy flow. A session usually lasts one hour. Most people usually report the feeling of warmth or a tingling, & leave feeling deeply relaxed & energized.

Reiki Training:
There are three levels of Reiki classes, as well as Master Teacher training. Level 1 and 2 classes are usually taught on the third weekend of the month. Level 3 & Teacher training are by appointment only.

Level 1 - 2 Day Course
Laying the foundation for the spiritual practice of REIKI: Teaching of the relationship; history of REIKI; REIKI precepts & mindfulness training; Daily hands on healing practice; Healing properties; Hands on Healing for Another; 4 Attunements to Reiki Energy.

Level 2 - 1 Day Course
Further teaching & a re-commitment on the path of REIKI, Includes uses of Power, Mental/Emotional Healing, & Distant Healing Symbols. As well, each student is attuned for an increased flow of energy.

Level 3 - 1 Day Course
Commitment to Self-mastery. Realization of responsibility for Co-creation. Teaching of the Master Symbol and attunement to it.
